Introduction

Hi, I'm the proud caretaker of two quintessential Pekes, Kyra (left, age 9) and Hamlet (right, age, 10). Both my little lions are rescues and the canine loves of my life. We look forward to making it to one of the upcoming meetups!

What is your pekingese's favorite food? favorite toy?

Hamlet loves his stuffed hedgehog ("Hedgie"). Kyra loves the cat, Louis, but I'm not sure it's mutual!

What other pets do you have? How do they get along with your pekingese?

Cat -- Kyra loves him. The cat is not yet convinced...

Does your pekingese have any health or behavior that maybe we could help improve?

Hamlet, 10, rescued from NYC CACC. Kyra, 9, also a rescue. Hamlet is a big of a grouch. But Kyra actually has a great sense of humor. They are always doing something whacky like only Pekes can!
