What is your pekingese's favorite food? favorite toy?: Favoriet Food: chicken treats; Favorite Toy: small tennis ball
Does your pekingese have any health or behavior that maybe we could help improve?: She loves to be outside so looks for opportunities to sneak out and take off.
What other pets do you have? How do they get along with your pekingese?: We have two cats. One keeps her distance from Pina; the other rubs against her sometimes. Pina chases them when she feels that they are taking away attention from her.
Please tell us about your pekingese, name, age, and a cute little story about what they do that makes them so adorable.: She is 2 ½ years old. She was a gift to us after our Labrador passed away. Her name was originally Pikachu and we were told her nickname was Pina - we preferred the nickname. Pina is very popular in our neighborhood. She has to make stops at the hardware store and the bank during her walks so she can greet her friends. She does not like to turn around and go home. She flops on the floor as soon as we turn directions. We either have to carry her or put her in our grocery wagon in order to go home. When it?s too hot she also rides in the wagon. She has her own seat cushion which was a give-away from a Met?s game.
