Introduction

I've been a Pek owner for 7 years now and just adopted a new baby girl. I would like to join now because she is adaptable and extremely friendly; however my other Pek is not so I was never able to join a group like this.

What is your pekingese's favorite food? favorite toy?

Madeline loves chewing on her Nylabone and loves her Cheese flavored best buddy bites :)

What other pets do you have? How do they get along with your pekingese?

I have a 11 yr old Pek (who I adopted at 4 yrs old as he was abused) who is adapting nicely.

Does your pekingese have any health or behavior that maybe we could help improve?

None that I know of, although she is extremely itchy! I asked the vet since she doesn't have fleas and he told us that puppies do get itchy from time to time.

Please tell us about your pekingese, name, age, and a cute little story about what they do that makes them so adorable.

Madeline is 6 months old. Born Oct 8, 2007. She loves playing and she kisses just about everyone and animal that she meets. I am very lucky to have adopted such a sweetheart!
